Cavitation Cleaning Guns

CW200 - CW300 - CW500 - CW250 - CW350 - CW550 - CW1000 - CW1500

All DiveWise Equipment Guns are ergonomic, safe to use and made out of the highest quality materials with an ergonomic trigger with “safety catch”, double-walled stainless steel lance and tapered lance tip with “red” cover ring to identify the end of the lance and avoid hands in front of the nozzle. DiveWise Equipment recommends the use of long lances for Cavitation Cleaning above 150 bar (2,175 psi).

Zero Thrust Guns

A Zero Thrust Gun has an additional lance facing the opposite direction of the cavitation lance. The flow is divided between cavitation and retro lances to neutralize the reaction force of the cavitation blast and avoid diver fatigue. The DiveWise Equipment Zero Thrust Guns are manufactured according the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) Guidelines.

Pressure and Flow

Cavitation Guns are available for Yacht owners to clean boat hulls and remove marine life with total conservation of coatings and materials using water pressures up to 150 bar (2,175 psi). And for Commercial Divers to prepare underwater surfaces for coating and to remove corrosion, coatings and thick layers of fouling, oysters and barnacles with water pressures up to 1500bar (21,755 psi).

In addition to the pressure, determines the flow how fast an underwater surface is cleaned. Typically up to 29 LPM. (7.5 GPM) for guns without Zero Thrust lance and up to 40 LPM (10.5 GPM) for normal Zero Thrust guns and up to 80 LPM (21 GPM) or 120 LPM (31.7 GPM) for professional applications.

A wide variety of compatible electric, gasoline and diesel driven high-pressure units are sold individual or as a set, find them here!
